Middle & High School Groups
Sunday's at 10:30 - Lower Level Youth Room
Students in grades 6-12 meet downstairs during the 2nd service. They start with some relax, hangout time - ping-pong, pool, basketball or just take a minute to eat a donut with friends… We then spend some time in Bible study, usually walking through a book of the Bible led by Nick Wiles, followed by boys and girls small group discussion. Students can enter through the family entrance and then be directed to the youth group room.
Midweek Youth Group
Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 p.m. - Gym
(Resumes on January 8th)
Students in grades 6-12 meet downstairs in the gym every Wednesday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Each week begins with some free hangout time - basketball, football, volleyball, or just take a seat and a few deep breaths at the end of a long school day. After games, we have a time of worship and prayer. Pastor Nathan usually leads our Bible study time after which we break into small groups - boys and girls groups divided by grade - to discuss the message and find personal applications for our lives.

Mission & Vision
Mission —> We believe students can know God and make him known.
They don’t have to wait to “grow up” to be used by God.
Therefore, the youth ministry at Calvary is aimed at partnering with parents to equip and empower them to do that - to teach them how and then give them opportunities to do it.
Vision —> A generation of students who know God - who take responsibility for and prioritize their own Bible study and prayer habits, who are committed to glorifying him with their lives.
Further, students who are actively involved in church - the community of believers of all ages; students who are trained and allowed to lead, “to set the believers an example.”
Finally, students prepared to make God known whether by sharing their personal faith story - what we call their “testimony” - when the opportunity presents itself or by living out such a powerful example of Christ-likeness that others would be drawn to him.
